Girls' Nite Out!

It's a great Saturday nite spent with Su Yee and Jennifer. I met up with these 2 great pals along with Jovin at Cafe Cartel in Raffles City. Throughout the dinner, we were busy catching up with one another . Jen has just embarked on her new career and it was great to hear her updating us on her new colleagues as well as her negative comments on her last recent trip to Korea. As for Su Yee, she's still emjoying her beauty rest upon completion of her Masters, in continuous search of a rewarding career. While we were chatting, we entertained Jovin who loved the company of the 2 aunties, especially Auntie Su Yee who fed her with the waffle which Jovin has always loved. Towards the end, Jovin looked exhausted and Su Yee held her little hands as we were walking towards Raffles Hotel to meet James who had just left from the wedding dinner. Jovin became hyper once again as she walked and refused to let go of Su Yee. We left around 11p.m and both of us were so exhausted that we dozed off in the car. Really glad that I established this great friendship with these 2 pals at my workplace. Though they have left the organisation, our friendship ties still remain strong. Thks pals for the great companionship and support throughout my career ( my meal and gossip khakis) , marriage (my supportive jiemeis), pregnancy (taking good care of me at work) and now motherhood (part-time nanny when I bring Jovin out!) 3 cheers to u, buddies!
