Last Saturday, it was an eventful day for the House of 'Js'.Our dear Jovin went to Hort Park @ Mount Faber with my family members and of course, she loved and enjoyed the company of her favourite cousins, Crystal, Chrus and Jerad. As for Jovan and us, we decided to head for Motherhood Exhibition at Expo. Had such a hard time persuading James to travel all the way there but wanted to take a look as my great pal Vivian has told me a lot of bargains could be found on site. Well, with 2 kids now, it's inevitable to be 'auntie' having to look out for 'lobangs' on diapers and baby products. Little Jovan was happily lying in the pram and his little eyes were squirting around. He wasn't sleeping and was rather cooperative throughout. James and I had a rather easy time browsing through the stalls and looking out for bargains. There was much crowd and eventually, we bought HUGGIES ULTRA for our girl which we believed it should sustain for quite long as she now only uses it during nite time, whereas we felt that we would rather get Jovan's PAMPERS from the current Carrefour promnotion which is relatively cheaper. We didn't get much things but bought LEAP PAD books for Jovin and t-shirts for Jovan. James and I settled for a simple dinner at a Hongkong restaurant. Well, being too hungry, we couldn't care less on the quality too. After which, we went to fetch Jovin. Our dear girl was so excited and happy about her walk in the park and was in high spirits, kept telling mummy on what she did.Glad to see her so happy. My mum told me Jovin was running wildly around the park and was so naughty in asking my sis to give her potato chips knowing I wasn't there to discipline her. Jovin also told me she had chicken rice and loved it so much. Of course, till the end of her walk, mum said she was too tired and each of them had to take turns in carrying our almost 13kg big baby! On Sun, we accompanied Jovin to the Barney Show and Jovan was in my mum's good hands. Will update that later.
James and I felt that accompanying both of them separately at times is good as we can have more exclusive ample time for each of them. Well, look forward to the next Barney update. My girl almost went crazy on that haha.......
