Private Moments
Both James and I took leave on Mon. Guess what? We had a full planned day programme just for both of us, not including the kids. James just completed his CFA, thus we decided to take a breather. After settling the kids in the morning, we took a rest before we went for our favourite pastime -KTV! The last time we sang was in May 08. Goodness! Really wasn't able to fork out time and never realised time passed by in a swift with 2 young kids. We sang throughout from 3-7p.m. Just the 2 of us and it was such an enjoyable time experiencing all the new and old songs with dear, without fearing we will sing out of tune, feel embarassed etc. Really relaxed session with my beloved hubby around. After KTV, dear planned for movie. Wanted to catch Night at the museum 2 intially but seats were not desirable, mainly due to the kids crowd who are having their school hols. Thus, we gave that a miss and went for the bloody show BLOOD instead. Well, we didn't really want to catch that, but based on timing, that seems to be the best choice. Moreover at $6 rate, we did not think of much. Erm, the show was indeed bloody with bloody scenes perpetually throughout the show and context was very simple too. But for relaxation, I think it's still considered ok but definitely average rating.
It was a great couple session spent which dear and I truly cherished it. We always make it a point to spend quality couple time though we are bogged down by work and 2 kids. I think this is very important especially in maintaining the passion in after marriage life. Many commented you will have no life, no privacy once kids come onboard. For us, we totally disagree as we have great family support who enable us to enjoy such pak tor time at least once a month. So, it's important to keep the passion in your relationship going, just like us :)
