Last week, we bought a playdough set for Jovin. We had planned to buy long ago but thought she may be too young for it. However, through several weeks of observation at the playgroup, we discovered her interest in dough-making. So James & I decided to let her have a go at it. We bought the breakfast set for her and she was so excited when she saw us setting up the tables, laying the papers, getting all ready for the session. Frankly speaking, I've never done dough-making before (Well, don't think there was play-dough then, only remembered plasticine in my childhood days )and it was so interesting! Jovin was paying full attention as James & I helped her with the different dough-making. She had her hands on the sunny-side-up, waffle etc. We were glad she loved the activity so much. However, we needed to be with her as she's still very young & even wanted to place the 'food' in her mouth at times cos they were really so realistic. However, it was a great family bonding activity for us. We would definitely have more of such sessions! It's economical & aids in family cohesion. A splendid weekend option :)
