Our Best of Pals Get Together!

On the 3rd and 4th day of CNY, the House of 'Js' were busy playing hosts to 2 groups of friends i.e SMU and CLDDS pals. These 2 groups have been the dearest and closest to us, especially the latter whom we have known for 14 years!Jovin was happily helping us to entertain the uncles and aunties for the 2 days by serving them drinks, cookies etc and she took the opportunity to munch on the goodies as well. Evil little Jovin hehe! This year, what was common between the 2 groups was all of them were so engrossed in playing the WII games, especially the sports games like bowling and tennis. For both sessions, the guys were all so excited and action-packed! For example, Bihua almost tore my CNY decor down when he was playing tennis with James, Guowei was so engrossed that he shifted my whole sofa set and almost rushed forward as in realife tennis game trying to save the ball, Bernard was equally excited and looked like a pair of kids when he played boxing with James. These are guys, haha! Gals are more reserved though but our pals like Baoling, Wenshan, Cuiling etc, all enjoyed the games but I don't see them tearing my house down haha. That's the diff between guys and gals. We are nonetheless more concerned about our image.

For CLDDS, Junwei, Tingting and Baoling stayed back for a mahjong session. james and I had to take turns because of our little one. Not sure how to handle necxt year though with 2 of them.....All of us ended us as losers except for the lucky rooster Tingting who won quite a fair bit. Never mind, it's an annual affair as long as we enjoyed the session.

We had a great CNY get-together session this year. Took the opportunity to chit chat, relax and catch up with some of them whom we really haven't met for sometime. This year, so glad that these 2 groups of friends helped us in clearing the CNY goodies hehe. All of them were commenting next time they meet would most probably be Jovan's full- month celebration. Well, I'm looking forward to it and counting down too :)
