Back from China!

Last nite, all of us went to the airport to fetch my parents. They were away for a 10 day vacation to China, mainly to visit our relatives there. Daddy and Mummy's 10 days of departure definitely made a difference in our lives as she has been the one looking after our meal times, fetching our kids etc. Luckily, I had my in laws who were able to assist and we continued to enjoy great home-cooked foods. My siblings weren't so fortunate then and they almost ate takeaway food for the past 10 days! Crystal and Chrus were yearning so much for my mum to return as they missed her cooking dearly since my sis is not a good cook hehe. Poor them had to suffer :<

We were there earlier at 9.15p.m when the flight was due for arrival at 9.45p.m. We roamed around and the kids had fun running around some vacant space. Soon after, our niece and nephews arrived and the kids were thrilled to see one another and all of us got ready and crowded around the glass pane so as to spot daddy and mummy. Our parents took quite a while before they came out and my mum was so happy when she saw all of us there and Jovan was giggling non-stop when he saw ah-ma. After they've settled the luggage, all the grandchildren went up to hug daddy and mummy and mum immediately carried Jovan. She was so afraid Jovan would forget her but Jovan didn't disappoint her of course and yearned for my mum's hugs.

We decided to go Chomp Chomp for late nite supper though it was nearly 12a.m then. Our parents were really happy and talked non-stop about the trip. The kids enjoyed carrot cake, satay etc. and all were still wide awake then. We didn't stay too long as it was really late and hot. I was glad, daddy and mummy were happy and finally managed to return to China for relative visiting. They have put the plan on hold for so many years as mum couldn't stop worrying about us despite we are parents ourselves too! Really feel so blessed and fortunate to have such good and caring parents. Will be going back tonite to see what goodies there's in store for us hehe...
