The House of 'Js' has embarked on GSS Spree for the past few days. Nonetheless, the majority of buys went to our 2 precious 'Js'. We bought them 2 sets of clothing each which were at 30% off from normal prices. Among them were the usual branded names like Osh Kosh, Benetton and there was this store which sold Japan/Korea imported kidswear. I always love my kids to be dressed in bright vibrant colours and these clothes just suit my taste. After discount, all the clothes still amount to around $150. But for the design and quality, we consider them good and worthwhile bargains.
Yesterday, we went to Taka Toys fair and this time round, daddy was the one who spent another $100+ on Thomas track extensions and Disney Princess beauty set for the kids. Jovan received a Thomas train set on his 1 year old birthday. Both our little 'Js' were very excited seeing the train running around the track. Thus, James bought many more extensions and the result? Whooo! Our kids were thrilled and excited seeing the trains moving through the long trails!
One reason we bought toys was to cheer up our princess Jovin who slipped and fell at home just before we were about to leave for Taka yesterday. Our girl was happily jumping and running as usual when I suddenly heard a 'thump' followed by wailing. There was much blood. We did a quick check . Luckily, there was no cut but her teeth bit on the lips, thus the soreness and pain. She was a bit moody till she saw they toys and happily carried the toys home. She skipped dinner as I guessed her mouth was too painful then. However, she managed to eat bread, chee cheong fun, raisins when we met our best couple friends for supper.
Jovan was sleeping then when we had the supper link-up. Jovin resumed her usual cheerfulness and joked with Junwei and Tingting. Little Kaden has really grown a lot though we met them just last week. Apparently, he has put on 0.5kg this time. weighing at 2.4kg. Tingting is at 36 weeks now. She's starting to get anxious as it's her first birth. This really brings me back fond memories during my pregnancy days.... We were talking about Junwei's impulse act of buying $150 on 2 sets of Polo Ralph. James and I joked and teased him about his anxiety. Next time, it would be so fun to bring 3 kids out for our link-up. Bet it will be a chaotic mess haha!
This year's GSS buys really seem to be at great slashed discuntable prices. Bet there's more buys to come.. For myself hehe...... Dear, u hear me?
