Sis suggested going to the Botanic Garden for the X'mas Band Fiesta last Sunday. As we had no pre-planned activities for the day, we decided to follow suit. We reached much earlier than the meeting time, so there wasn't much problem with parking. When we reached there, the whole grassland was packed with people. We found a shady spot, took out our tarts and pastries and enjoyed the scenery and music as we enjoyed the food.
This was our first time coming here listening to the music. Quite a unique experience. Jovin and Jovan enjoyed eating as they listened to the X'mas song pieces at the same time. Sis and family arrived much later but our little 'J's had fun with their cousins chasing and running around the grassland. Sis even brought porridge along and fed the kids.
We felt that this was truly an enjoyment. Dear and I commented we would bring the kids here for similar activities again. An interesting family bonding activity.
